Mindfulness Saturdays

Awareness is the Key

In this mini-retreat you will learn about the importance of cultivating an open awareness - the natural state in which the world appears "as it is" and our relationship to everything is carefree. The experience of awareness is likened to a heart that sees the basic goodness in all phenomena.

Saturday, February 13

9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Mountain Time

$45-$75 (sliding scale)

For more information and to register: CMOH

Ordinary Magic

The practice of meditation is the act of creativity – it is the discovery of the spontaneous, fresh, alive, free and colorful truth of our existence.  If we are awake and attuned to our senses, we notice when life is filled with artistry.  By training the mind to be present and aware, to trust its own goodness, we begin to perceive the ordinary magic of life.

Saturday, March 13

9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Mountain Time

$45-$75 (sliding scale)
